In her spare time, Maggie enjoys CrossFit classes with friends, Olympic weightlifting, the beach, golf, being with friends and family and trying new activities.
Maggie believes that overall health and wellness is key to overall growth and where clients really understand their OWN potential. Maggie focuses on healthy boundaries, relationships and self-care. Maggie believes that each person’s therapeutic need is different and flexibility is key. Maggie uses an overall health and wellness model as well as techniques and principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
